Commission-Only Sales Executive | Cybersecurity & Compliance (High Ticket)
Location: Remote (Canada/USA) Compensation: 100% Commission (Uncapped) + Bonuses
The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven, hunter-mentality Sales Representative to dominate the rapidly expanding GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) market.
Regulatory requirements are tightening globally. Organizations must get certified to bid on government contracts and protect their data. You will represent Cyber Security Canada (Certification & Audits).
You aren’t just selling “security”—you are selling the license to do business for Canadian and American defense contractors, tech firms, and manufacturers.
What You Will Sell
You will be selling a complete ecosystem of compliance solutions, from initial gap analysis and consulting to final certification audits. Your portfolio includes the three hottest frameworks in the industry today:
CMMC (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification): The mandatory standard for the US Department of Defense (DoD) supply chain. Demand for this is exploding.
ISO 27001: The gold standard for global information security management.
CAN/DGSI 104 (formerly CyberSecure Canada): The new baseline standard for Canadian SMBs and government suppliers.
Your Role
Prospect & Qualify: Identify organizations in the Defense Industrial Base (DIB), IT Managed Services (MSPs), and government supply chains who need these certifications to survive.
Consultative Sales: Explain the “Consulting vs. Certification” separation (we offer both via our partner entities) and guide them through the roadmap from “Zero” to “Certified.”
Close Deals: specific services include Gap Assessments, Implementation Consulting, Pre-assessment audits, and Certification Audits.
